Order Processing
- All orders are shipped within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Federal holidays). Delivery times are estimates; BIOVALENS is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, carrier issues, customs, holidays, customer errors, or other unforeseen events.
SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR CANADA:
- We ship Expedited (1–7 business days) via Canada Post.
- Important: Canada Post is currently experiencing significant delays due to ongoing labour disruptions—such as overtime bans and intermittent service outages—including a system outage on July 2, 2025 and repeated work-to-rule actions since May 2025 . As a result:
- Estimated delivery windows may not be reliable.
- Some parcels may be held in backlog for days or even weeks.
- BIOVALENS cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- Customers can request a tracking code upon shipment—simply contact us!
SHIPPING TO THE U.S.:
- We ship Expedited Parcel USA (10–14 business days) via Canada Post.
- Delays similar to those in Canada may occur, especially during labour disruptions or customs processing.
- No guaranteed delivery dates; tracking code is available upon request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All international orders are sent via International Parcel Air.
- Shipments are subject to customs clearance delays that may significantly exceed delivery estimates.
- A tracking code is available—please request it if needed.
TRACKING & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- You may request a tracking number for your shipment at any time.
- Please ensure correct address details and customs documentation are provided—errors by the customer can cause additional delays.
RETURN POLICY
- Refunds are issued on unopened and undamaged items from your first order only.
- Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Before returning any product, you MUST notify us via toll‑free number: +1 416 866-8970.
- Allow up to 10 business days for refund processing once we receive your return.
